The sound has disappeared from my Game, how do I get it back?
You can check if your device is in "silent mode". Try turning the sound on, off and then on again on your device or try restarting (switching on/off) the device: the sound should work again.
Maybe the sound has been switched off in the game: go in the setting menu 
and tap on the "sound" icon 
My game crashes when I start it up.
Please try to restart the Device and sync it with iTunes. If that does not work please try deleting the game from your Device and your iTunes account. You can easily re-download from the App Store.
I keep seeing the green face oval! Why?
You’ve lost face-tracking and need to recalibrate. Go in the "pause" menu and choose the icon "recalibrate" 
.
Tips:
- Hold the mobile device level with your face for best results.
- Make sure you have ample lighting. Low light is bad for face-tracking.
- If you've changed players, you need to re-calibrate.
- Make sure you are using the right camera (check the front/back camera switch icon in the "pause" menu).
- If all else fails, then quit app and re-launch.
I’m tapping the eggs but they are still there!
There is a variety of different eggs:
- Green: 1 tap
- Orange: 1 tap, fast!
- Blue: appear 3 at a time - 1 tap each
- Purple: double tap
- Hatched eggs / baby alien: 2 taps
- White eggs: don't tap (wait until they are fully grown)

What’s the difference between the iPad and iPhone versions?
Same game, different experience! For example, the iPhone scales down your image, as well as the aliens, making the game much more compact, in terms of movement.
I want my brother to play the game, but he is a baby. What am I supposed to do?
First, congrats on recognizing it's never too early to train for an alien invasion. Second, as far as your young brother, holding an iPad while tapping can be tough for baby arms and fingers. But you can hold the iPad for him so he can focus on destroying alien eggs.
Or try the back camera mode (in the "pause" menu, there is an icon to switch cameras) and play on your baby bro's face.
Can I play on other faces than mine?
Absolutely. Just grab a friend and select the back camera icon from the "pause" menu to play.
How can I share pictures?
At the end of each level, you can see the pictures that were taken while you were playing. Tap on a picture to see it full screen. Then you can select the "share" icon and post it on Facebook, or send it via text message or via email.
You can see all your pictures in opening the gallery from the level screen.
What are the bubbles?
They are bonuses:
- Level 1: they give extra points.
- Level 2 - 9: they destroy all the eggs around when you tap it.
